Run by people who own simulators
The source we wished existed when we could not get a straight answer on a launch monitor.
From a garage build to a brand
My Sim Setup, LLC is a Colorado limited liability company run by a small team focused on indoor golf. We build sims, we play sims, and we test gear with our own balls, on our own mats, in our own spaces. When we recommend something, it is because we would use it ourselves, or already do.
The site is young and we are building it in public. The shop, the 3D build tool, the reviews and the community tournaments all live here, and they are the things we wanted when we were planning our own setups. If you spot something that could be better, we want to hear it.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Reviews from use
- Every gear review on this site is written after we have used the gear, not from press releases. If we have not tested it ourselves, we say so.
- Direct prices, set up front
- When we sell something direct, the price on the page is the price. No coupon codes to hunt for and no countdown timers.
- Setups that fit
- We measure your room before recommending an enclosure. The wrong size kit ruins more sims than any other mistake.
- A person answers every email
- One of us reads every email and Discord ping. If you have a problem with something you bought from us, we own it.
What you can do here
Shop direct. Some gear we sell ourselves, with the price set up front and Stripe checkout. Browse the shop.
Build your own. Draw your room in the 3D configurator, pick a launch monitor, mat and software, see the total, then buy each piece. Start your build.
Compare the gear. Launch monitors, enclosures, projectors and mats side by side, with live prices from every retailer we track, plus our buying guides and reviews. See the guides.
Triple Bogey Golf, our sister brand
You will see Triple Bogey Golf (TBG) around the site. It is our community brand: the Discord server, the YouTube channel and the weekly tournaments run under it. My Sim Setup is the store and the tools, and the same people run both.
