Orders and shop help
For an order from our shop, email tbg@mysimsetup.com with your order number. If it arrived damaged, does not work out of the box, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will sort it out. To track an order, sign in with the email you used at checkout. The full policy is on Shipping and returns.
Buying for a studio or club, or want a quote for several items? Email tbg@mysimsetup.com with the list and where it is going, and we will get back to you.
Outside the US? Our checkout ships to US addresses only, but we are happy to hear from you. Email tbg@mysimsetup.com with the product you want and the country it is going to, and we'll see what we can do.

How do I join a tournament?
Sign in with Discord, then head to the Tournaments page. Open any upcoming event and click the sign-up button. You must be a member of our Discord server.
How do I become a member?
Join our Discord server using the link above, then sign in on this site with your Discord account. Your account will be created automatically.
What sim platform do you use?
Most of our tournaments run on GSPro. Check the individual tournament pages for specific settings, courses, and format details.
How are handicaps calculated?
Handicaps are synced automatically from SGT (Sim Golf Tour) and updated regularly. If yours looks wrong, reach out in the Discord.
