🏆 KP def. FairwayEngineer · 2 up · Losers Round 1 · Ubsey Golf Par 3 Shootout
MrGymJunkie went wire to wire against FairwayEngineer in Losers Round 1 at The Foundry Golf Club, and needed every bit of a front nine surge to do it. After dropping the 2nd, MrGymJunkie ripped off three straight wins from 3 through 5 to seize control, and a late birdie-driven 9th hole pushed the lead to 5up through the front.
FairwayEngineer clawed back on the back nine, winning 3 of the final 9 holes to make it interesting, but MrGymJunkie steadied down the stretch, winning the 18th to close it out 2 up. Just 24 percent of the 17 picks had MrGymJunkie winning this one. MrGymJunkie advances to Losers Round 2, while FairwayEngineer is eliminated from the tournament.
