🏆 Triple Bogey def. gropper76 · 20th hole · Semifinal · Ubsey Golf Par 3 Shootout
Trplbgy needed every extra inch of Koasati Pines to get past Gropper in the Winners Semifinal, grinding out a 20th hole finish in a match play battle at the Ubsey Golf Par 3 Shootout. The front nine was deadlocked through six halves before Gropper nosed ahead, taking an edge after nine. Trplbgy answered on the back, trading blows over four more halved holes and three wins apiece down the stretch until the match spilled into extra holes, where trplbgy finally closed it out on the 20th.
It was a nervy finish for a match that 93 percent of pickers saw going trplbgy's way, and in the end the favorite delivered. Trplbgy advances to the Winners Final, while Gropper drops to the losers bracket and is still alive in the tournament, with plenty of golf left to play at Koasati Pines.
