MD's Hosel Rockets slugged their way through a back nine barrage to close out Grip N Bryzz 3&2 in the Semifinal of the 2026 Summer Jam at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms. The front nine was a stalemate of halves with each side grabbing two holes, and Grip N Bryzz even nosed a point ahead through 4. But MD's Hosel Rockets answered with a run from 6 through 7 and never let the momentum slip, closing the back nine 3-0 with four halves mixed in. Only 40 percent of pickers backed them, but MDGolfs and HoselRocketGolf validated the underdog money with steady net birdies on the holes they won.
Grip N Bryzz battled to the finish, splitting the final three holes played before the match ended on 16. The loss sends Bryzzo and GripNSipGolf to the losers bracket, where they remain alive in the tournament, while MD's Hosel Rockets advance to the Final.
