Zone Bag survived a grinder in Losers Bracket Round 4, holding off Gropper Upper 1 up at Calusa Pines Golf Club. Gropper Upper actually jumped out front, building a 2 hole cushion through 3, but Zone Bag clawed back with wins on 5 and 7 to even things up. The match swung back and forth deep into the back nine, with neither side able to pull away, before Zone Bag closed it out on 18 to seal the win after going 1 up with 2 halved over the final three holes.
With the win, Zone Bag advances to Losers Bracket Round 5 to keep their tournament alive. Gropper Upper's run ends here, eliminated from the tournament after a fight that came down to the wire. It was tight enough on paper too, with just 56 percent of the 16 picks siding with Zone Bag before the tee shots ever went out.
