The BenQ AK800ST is a 4K UHD laser projector designed for golf simulator setups, combining 5,000 ANSI lumens with a short throw ratio of 0.69 to 0.83 for installations with limited mounting distance. It includes camera-based automatic screen fitting, motorized autofocus and zoom, and 3D keystone correction to simplify alignment on flat or curved impact screens. A dedicated Golf Mode 2.0 with AI video processing targets accurate course colors, while a one-button switch to movie or gaming mode suits owners who want the same room to double as a home theater. It is suited to golfers and builders who want a high-resolution, easy-to-calibrate projector for a dedicated or hybrid simulator room.
