The BenQ TK700STi stands out as a gaming-optimized 4K projector specifically marketed for golf simulators, delivering an impressive 16ms input lag that surpasses most home theater projectors. Its short-throw design projects a 100-inch image from just 6.4 feet away, making it ideal for compact simulator rooms. The 3,000-lumen brightness and 10,000:1 contrast ratio ensure vivid visuals even in ambient lighting conditions typical of home setups.

No lens shift, placement must be near-exact

34 dB fan in Normal mode is audible in quiet rooms

The fine print

Lamp-based despite "maintenance-free" catalog copy: budget a 5J.JNL05.001 bulb ($120-$319) every ~4,000 hrs in Normal mode. The 15,000 hr figure is LampSave mode, not Normal.
