Verified research

From the MSS study: what the sensor measures, what it costs to run, and what it needs from the room.

The premium 4K laser pick for GSPro/E6 sim bays, if you can nail the exact mount position.

The MSS verdict

Why people buy

4K UHD + 3200 ANSI lumens holds up on bright sim screens
0.69-0.83:1 short throw fits tight golf bays
4.2ms lag at 1080p/240Hz for instant ball flight
20,000-hr laser: no lamp swaps, instant on/off

Trade-offs

No lens shift, exact mount placement required
Best lag needs 1080p/240Hz; 4K60 is 16.7ms
Only 1.2x zoom to absorb placement error
31dB fan audible in quiet rooms
The fine print
No lens shift and a fixed 102.5% upward throw offset, mount position must be exact; only 1.2x zoom (avoid digital keystone on sims) to absorb placement error.
